A new english of Form?
Not sure if it would make sense to me...
In fact, there ARE allready multiple forms of English:
The business English, the SMS-English, multiple English dialects either.
If you'd like to create your own dialect, go for it! The question is how popular your creation will, in fact, become at the end. Allways be optimistic, that's one of the most important rules for such a task.
