Besides what was said above, the main attraction on Huawei flagships and even moreso with the P series is the camera, and I don't know if you would use it often. If you don't care too much about the camera, then Samsung's hardware is overall more interesting, with haptic motor and stereo speakers and what not.
As for choosing between S10 and Note 10, it all depends if you prefer having a headphone jack for the S, or both a stylus and better haptic for the Note. The battery may also be a bit bigger on the Note series in general but I'm not sure.
