Sadly, I think @turtlepower is right, and while my initial response would be hitting the ban button if I were a mod, I know that wouldn't entirely fit the ticket here. While I'm all for protecting young minds I also believe the responsibility falls mainly on the parents, and if his aren't taking it there really is little we can do.
