Re: how far have we really taken these rules on the forum!
dan buddy pal friend Comrade. I fail to see Jayde's bias here. I'd like to remind you that he is a socialist. He has confessed to being as much before. I do believe that has not changed, has it, Jayde? Now, I would like to ask, what self-respecting socialist would be in favor of copyright law in the hands of a big corperation? If anything, if he were sticking to his bias on this one, he'd be in favor of leaving it go and telling Nintendo to shove it. That being said, that just isn't a safe idea for the sake of the forum. This is not a matter of Jayde or the forum rules. This is a matter of law. Crazy Party might be a good game, but its use of illegal assets makes it a threat to the forum's continued existence. Just because we've gone under the bear's radar a thousand times, doesn't mean it will work the thousand and first time to use your own terminology. Believe me, I don't like it any more than you do, but we should be cautious. That being said, if Pragma works with us on that front, we as a community can work together to close this little leak before it comes back to bite us.
