I don't really understand why leftest had to be brought in in this context either, just because I can't think of what views leftests would have that would support that point of view. Actually, I would think conservatives or libertarians would bring out the power trip thing more just because neither of them support big government and so would see it as limiting to free speech, but this forum is a private entity so free speech doesn't really apply here anyways. But feel free to elaborate more. Or don't, because even though this topic is one big fucking trashfire it was still created with a purpose nad maybe should stay on that purpose.
