Also if the question is "should I trust insert commercial file moving app that will move my files between computers if I give them money" no you shouldn't.  If you already have two computers then just set up a Windows share and copy, or get an ethernet cable, or something.  Hell these days for $30 you can probably find a sizable external hard drive.
