In the quick menu is the customize button which you can use to append things to the quick menu. Whatever you append there will be read by the screen reader. I tell you this because there are some things that if you access through the main menu, tts will not read, but at the same time, those same items can be put on the quick menu. You should now at least be able to send and read messages, read your notifications, adjust various settings, switch profiled, turn on and off the console, update your games, pick and play your physical or digital game, manage game data, not sure what else you could want to do. And you can just use the webpage or app to browse and buy and download things from the store.
