Most of the accuracy numbers make me shake my head. You've got rookie kick at 90 accuracy, while power kick is at 85. You'd think power kick would be a step up from rookie kick and be at least as accurate. I've wondered why stunning call and stun volt are 100 accuracy, but glare has an accuracy penalty. Not near enough of a penalty to stop the AI from waging glare wars with you if you care to cure it every time though. As long as it lands, and you keep curing it, the AI will keep using it. I see this in the master stadium on Giganatan. Its first move is pretty much always glare. Go ahead, cure it. It's next move will almost always be glare. Go on and cure it again. Betcha can't guess what its next move will be? Here's a hint, it's not stun volt or stunning call, but it paralyzes just the same. If you guessed glare, you guessed right! Now cure it again just for fun. And on, and on, and on some more. It will be in that loop until it runs out of u.p, it misses and you take advantage of this and get a kill, or you just give up on curing it and try to fight through being paralyzed. This is dumb as hell, but maybe this is exactly how it's supposed to work. Seems way too easy though.
