I see what you're saying, and I absolutely agree with you on the Google Docs thing.
All of that said, I've personally submitted issues against Crhome OS and accessibility, and they've been fixed in a version or 2. The recent changes to how verbose the battery readout is was an issue I raised. Sure others did as well - I'm not saying they only listen to me, but they are listening. Obviously whether or not they do something about it is a different matter.
