I often find the button in question above password fields, or sometimes integrated into the app, usually just past the submit button. But of course it needs to be ones I have a saved password for and it can only happen when your third party password manager is set to be the default one in passwords and accounts.
Most blind people use 1Password for it's accessibility, so maybe you can try that one and see if it does the same thing or not?
