Hi Burak.
In order to change the bootsound settings, go to settings and find BootSound.
You will be able to choose a few already defined sounds. It also tells you how to add custom sounds and I think you can change some other settings.
I have another question. Can someone recommend a free and accessible tweak for killing all the apps in the app switcher with an activator action?
I tried killbackground, but I don't think it works with iOS 7.
