Well I don't have any problem with 75, 80 accuracy. These types of moves can work better with high speed. Let's say, I am using Ninjarkin's BlindRush with 304 speed, what I experienced is 3 out of 5 attempts did not missed.
Also, Pegastorm is not bad, has high attack power and speed. It gets a diversity of moves and these are, electric holy, air, shadow, steel, and Rev up. If you want to try an electric type, go for Glimoroto, or Vyprolt is a good choice as well.
