There's two I found
Abbi weapon emporium (north of where you go up from the tier with the gates)
Llan mall, arch by Grillers on floor 2
Llan one is 9k, one in Abbi emporium is 48k
Poisons only require a home /if/ you want to set up a stove, which is needed by some recipes. The workshop boosts your agent skills however, and the cheapest home is 200k so that's achievable with the right friends and hard hard work
EDIT: Wow, hammocks are expensive....I need to up my wine making game or potion making to earn that back
