You may want to immigrate, but as a disabled person that's not going to be super feasible. Most countries don't want to accept disabled people and you don't have the rights of a citizen or resident, meaning that antidiscrimination laws don't apply until you're in. The countries with good benefits and stuff are going to actively work to turn you away unless you can demonstrate that you can support yourself already.
You may also want to find more practical careers than writing for animation studios. Voice acting is fine, and maybe one day you can become a scriptwriter, but you will need something to support yourself that's guaranteed to succeed if you want to switch countries as a blind person.
