The only unlabeled buttons are found in the main menu. You can easily use OCR every time you tab to a new button and it'll tell you the button you're currently focused on. Once you're in a game everything is perfectly labeled. Again, you're going to have to get used to NVDA's object navigation, routing the mouse to the object you're focused on, etc.
