I have a joyetech model, the anniversary edition. It's pretty small in terms of capacity but it's the largest available in europe, it holds 2 ml of e-liquid. Pouring isn't that hard if you buy 10 ml bottles, they have a little drip tip at the end so you pour only one drop at a time. I buy my e-liquid in 10 ml bottles because I preffer it with nicotine and this is the only size available. One small bottle lasts me about 8 or 9 days and it's about 5 bucks in american dollars so yeah, it's about as half as cheap for how long it lasts.
As for how much should you pour, practice is your only teacher. I usually squeeze the bottle and hold for about one second four times and this fills my tank so I guess about two squeezes mean around one ml.
Coils are pretty cheap aswell, 2 or 3 bucks at most and I change them about once per month.
