Agreed... sharing names on the forum is really not a good idea at all. Names can be traced, you'd be surprised how far just a name and the little information you've provided us can go. I'd recommend editing your last post and removing some of the personal details. While the chances that someone will find them here are slim, they are very real. Just take the number of spammers that come here at random. While most are bots, a bot can be used to get a human on a web site to post stupid advertisements or whatever else they want to post here. It wouldn't, then, be too far of a stretch for a random person or bot to come across this topic and use personal information you have posted on a public forum. Not saying it will happen, but it could. Just trying to look out for the safety of those involved here.
That aside, I can't really help you too much here, because for me, what ended up happening was that I finally got tired of hiding my feelings, but like you,
I didn't know how to say them. But I trusted that if I told her, she would probably understand and respond in as passionate of a way as she could, given the circumstances. In other words, she wouldn't just say, hell no, and slam the door of friendship in my face. The way I saw it, we were really close friends no matter what.
She was the one to bring it up, basically she started the conversation with, "I think we should make it official that we're boyfriend and girlfriend, don't you?" And I say, "I guess, though I don't like having that label yet... but... hwy not? We act like boyfriend and girlfriend so we might as well."
And that was that.
I'm also a little confused about how many girls we are talking about here, if it is only one, then it would be easy enogh to be honest with her and tell her how you feel when you feel you can. If it's more, then it will get a little tricky. I can't help you with that one.<
