Re: Accessible radios?
For voice dream reader, you can look here and here for more info. HTH. I will give those sites a quick look at least. I had short wave sets before, and I got tired of crappy reception. So when I picked up this set, I was looking for an antenna connection. I know that isn’t the end all, but it helps. I was also looks for SSB reception on the HF bands. Speaking of old receivers, I read a book on the history of the portable receivers. I don’t remember the exact name, but I think it was called “the portable radio in American life”. Trust me, from some of the descriptions, there was pretty nice sounding radios towards the end of the book. LOL. Reading about them made me want one or two of them to collect. LOL.
