Also check out this thread for tips on mp3 vs. lossless: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=16497 The differences between 320kbps mp3 and 750k-ish FLAC will be all about high frequencies and phase accuracy. You will need a VERY good system, especially the tweeters, to appreciate a difference.
