That's not break-in.  That's infant mortality testing.  Electronic
devices tend to fail quickly or last a long time.  They are looking for
the fail-quickly devices.  I'm sure their engineers would get a good
laugh at the notion of "breaking-in" the power supply.  It ain't shoes,
you know...
