I wanted a cheap dac to play with so I ordered a Zhaolu 2.0 for $162.00. I do not expect it to compete with the truly top end but it should be fun to mod and play with. I have about 6 sets of opamps I am going to demo in it.
Personally I would never buy a lite dac. I have read many reports of them claiming to use higher grade dac chips only to find later the were remarking the lower grade ones.
