Quite the statement, and yet I have to agree, espcially at the price range, or a few times exceeding the price range of the Transporter. Except for maybe a few of the 'top' DAC out there, I would say the Transporter is extremely competitive. And with its capability to be used as a standalone DAC, it is indeed an extremely good value. -- WSLam WSLam 'Transporter' (http://www.slimdevices.com/) + 'SB3' (http://www.slimdevices.com/) -> 'EMM Labs DCC2 SE' (www.emmlabs.com/html/audio/dcc2/dcc2.html) -> 'Acoustic Reality eAR1001' (http://www.acoustic-reality.com) -> 'Magico Mini' (http://www.magico.net) 'Photos of Transporter, Inside & Out' (http://photos.lam.ws/gallery/1930618) | 'Photos of my Setup' (http://photos.lam.ws/gallery/1573984/1/87768997) ------------------------------------------------------------------------ WSLam's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=830 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=27927 _______________________________________________ audiophiles mailing list audiophiles@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/audiophiles
