I concur with Robin. I ripped my entire collection with EAC>MAREO>(FLAC and MP3). Then I discovered that every tagging change that I wanted to make required making it to both sets of files. I recently switched over to EAC>FLAC and FLAC2MP3 and I find that to be a much more manageable solution. I also get the benefit of spending less time with the initial rip, as it does not have to do the LAME encoding. When FLAC2MP3 does the LAME encoding I can be away from the computer (once I have launched the program, of course). -- jeffmeh ------------------------------------------------------------------------ jeffmeh's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=3986 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=32425 _______________________________________________ audiophiles mailing list audiophiles@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/audiophiles
