Nope, I keep reading thousands of posts in forums around, and don't
bother to save all the links. I also don't really have any reason to
try convincing anyone. This is just a pleasurable conversation, isn't
it?

I'm really wondering since when "objectivist" became a person who must
prefer "cheap" over "expensive"? I just don't see how "objectivism"
linked to pricing issue at all. I consider myself "objectivist", so I
don't believe not in cheap, nor in expensive cables. Any of them may be
technically good or bad, and thus should not be evaluated by price
point. If the good cable happens to be too expensive because its
manufacturer just feels like that, it doesn't make it bad cable, I just
most likely won't buy it.

The gold words have been said, just few posts back: *discern between
absolute performance and value for money*.
