Also, unfortunately, the power spikes when selecting a digital input,
seems much worse (and quicker to reproduce) then in FW36.
However, when this happens, switching to playing normal music from the
server (normal squeezebox usuage as it were) is not a problem.

And additional problem now, when you have a digital source selected, as
soon as you change the digital volume, you get the power spikes, and no
more audio. needs power-cycling for it to come back.

I'm heading back to FW36 for now.
