If your Theta has a clock out, you can use the clock in of the Transporter; this should virtually eliminate jitter, and give the best results. If there is no clock out, then I would expect the Transporter to be slightly better than the SB3 but the difference may be minimal or even unnoticeable. The SB3 is a pretty good transport.
