How strange. This does appear to be a real Denon product and is listed on the Denon website.
It seems baffling to me given the Denon brand image. I am not in marketing but I would expect a product like this to devalue the Denon brand far more than it will ever earn despite a presumably enormous profit margin. And once the brand image has gone it will take years to rebuild.
