For a low budget option, I'd suggest a used Marantz CD63 SE or CD67 SE.
They've got digital outputs, and they sound halfway decent from their
analog jacks if your DAC happens to be temporarily out of commission.
They come up on eBay every now and then for under a hundred bucks.
