Inguz will run on newer Macs but there is no installer package for Mac last I checked. I was able to follow some instructions posted by muski on the Inguz forum that use the console to run the install. Certainly not the easiest way to do things - but you get used to it. Search the Inguz forum for muski's document and give it a try.
