The testing evidence doesn't support that. It is an urban audio myth.
The supply is regulated anyway. Digital output is basically unaffected
by the PSU. Save your money.

To REALLY make a PSU-related difference requires major internal
surgery. Even then the benefits when using a DAC are ill-defined,
uncertain and maybe non-existant.

You'd get a better bang for your buck by making sure you are using a
1.5m minimum coax cable between SB and DAC.
