The only system I have listened to is Arcam CD player and integrated amp. To be honest I am no qualified audiophile, I can distinguish "tinny" music with lack of depth from a higher quality set.. but that is about my range. Budget would be under $2k for the amp, and I imagine system would play quite a lot of classical and some vocal tracks.. was considering B&W CM7 speakers as well, this would be the full system.
