I have a SPDIF cable running from my big stereo rig in the basement, to
the home theatre setup in the living room, so not quite 25 feet, but
probably 16-18.  Works fine with no issues.  If you use a good quality
RG6 cable, you should be fine.

High frequency roll off is the only mechanism that I can think of, that
might impact jitter, but again, using a good RG6 cable will keep you out
of trouble.
