You can open the mp3 in an audio editor, apply the equalization you like
and resave.  If you've got a lot of files, it would be a bit tedious the
first time, unless the editor you use supports batch modes.  I use Adobe
Audition, for example, which will do batch processing.

Alternatively, the I believe the Inquez plug in can do equalization,
but I'm not sure that it can be setup up on a file by file basis.
