WHAT? What does bit rate have to do with anything, its an MP3 after
all. Using 24bit on MP3 is just plain silly and a waste of time. If the
file is MP3, quality is already out the door because its a compromised
format straight out of the gate. The decoder is just an after thought
if MP3 is ones format choice.
