For all of the reasons stated above, you are worrying unnecessarily. 1) 24-bit digital level control does not destructively "truncate bits" and sounds fine, even at large levels of attenuation 2) Pandora is low quality anyway -- Phil Leigh You want to see the signal path BEFORE it gets onto a CD/vinyl...it ain't what you'd call minimal...
