Klaus, there's lots to talk about here...and I'll get round to some of it eventually... but I'm not sure you can claim or enforce any proprietary rights over modifications to Open Source and/or Logitech-owned code (as I understand it, the code running on the Touch is a combination of the two. However, I am obviously not a lawyer!) I think before you think about trying to make any money out of your mods, you should engage a very good international IP/software licencing lawyer and see what they advise.
