My hard drive crashed so I had to start all over with a new drive and installation of all programs. I used to run 2.0 and noticed that it was replaced with 3.0 so I tried installing the new version. I can't get past the login on the black screen after opening Putty. All I get is a small green box where the cursor should be where you enter the password 1234. I am unable to enter any data with the keyboard. At first I thought either the TAR toolbox file or the WinSCP or Putty Program had problems. I deleted and uninstalled everything and re installed everything only to have the same problem a second time. I checked my Touch address several time and it is correct. Could someone please help me get past this problem ........... HELP!
