For audiophiles there is a third choice for the source of the differences heard, namely is the equipment more expensive and if so then you have your answer since more expensive always sounds better. At least this is true in the audiophile press because that's what the advertisers and the editors demand. There are other factors which may also be taken into account such as aircraft grade aluminum front panels (which always sound better) and weight of equipment (heavier always sounds better) to name but a few very important ones. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ ralphpnj's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=10827 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=97950 _______________________________________________ audiophiles mailing list audiophiles@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/audiophiles
