For sure advanced has the way even a simple smartphone today can output pretty perfect sound. Also obvious to me is that ADCs and recording equipment the average artist has at hand today are very advanced. They can easily master it on their PC or Mac. I have stumbled across many music from Indie artist from bandcamp and alike whose recordings have much more life in as some famous audiophile crap you can buy in its 22nd reincarnation at insane high dsd rates now.
