The disgusting thing about age related hearing loss is it seems to discriminate between males and females. My wife and I are both mid 60's and I have to wear hearing aids to get any kind of high frequency like cymbals, crickets at night, etc., mids and lows are fine. My wife, on the other hand, has X-Ray hearing.
