Ben Stubbs is a travel writer who lives in Cooma and approached us wanting to do a story on Gliding as a travel destination, we checked him out and agreed. He spent two days with our club, on the first the weather was not suitable for passenger flying so he interviewed members and took photos; on his second visit he took his flight.
While we were the host club we hope everyone benefits, good publicity and new members are hard to come, I hope all clubs see an increase in interest and activity as a result of our investment in this publicity.
