As many of you know, my day job is with ACCAN - the consumer organisation
in the telco and ISP space. We are always keen to hear stories of consumer
experience, negative, positive and especially work arounds and fixes.

A lot of what we do is to put together consumer friendly information that
you are welcome to distribute to your customers. All our material is
published with Creative Commons licensing so you are free to reuse however
you want with attribution, and we may be able to send you samples. Our
budget won't run to being able to send enough copies of our various guides
to all your customers, but there may be things we can do.

Aside from general info for consumers we compile systemic issues and take
them up with the various parties concerned, so very keen to hear from you.
We will anonymise cases and preserve confidentiality appropriately.

Our info is updated all the time and I'm keen to get our advice straight
for voice customers on the cabling and configuration options with all the
permutations of NBN delivery we have, so experience like that in this
thread is really, really useful.
