I believe this is only an issue with SRX1xx and SRX2xx hardware that can't run Junos > 12.3. If you're on Junos >18 compatible hardware, it should work. You'll definitely need to ensure that system originated traffic is marked as CoS BE by default as per Simon's instructions.
