This has long been an issue in my mind. There is a significant benefit to having the document as an ODT, but, there is also great benefit in having the material on a web site where a user can immediately find and see it. My best compromise has been including a PDF version that will generally be included in search engine results.

I am not aware of any process that with an easy transition between and ODT and a decent web page with links and similar. If we totally abandoned the idea of placing it in Wiki format and simply had a few static web pages, it may be easier, but I have not really pursued that.
