Rachel, Thanks for bringing this up. IMO it's an important topic. We do have a few notes in the Getting Started guide about the different keystrokes for Mac users. I think these are mainly in Chapter 1, but there may be some in other places. The Writer Guide probably has some notes, too. However, we do not have a full collection of them anywhere in the user guides, and not everyone will read the Getting Started book.
