The application help uses in-line switches to display the "right" help
for the OS... so with Linux or Windows, you see one set of keyboard
shortcuts, and with OSX, you see another. The info is all there in the
source files, but you only see what's relevant to your OS.

Assuming only that the in-line switches look like the typical "<horrid XML trash>", or even "<horrid HTML trash>", extracting all the App Help info for alternates should be fairly easy. If we need it, which we probably don't.
