I have time this evening and tomorrow to review documents. Is there somewhere
specific that would be the most helpful to start with? I'm new to the project
and do need a little more direction then the more tenured contributors :)

Michele,
If you want to make another pass through the chapters I have reviewed,
and have time to do so, please do.

I hope some other people will find time to look at them, too, because
others will see what we don't, having looked at them too much.

I suspect that we won't find the mistakes until you start updating the
chapters to V3.3 (or I reformat them for a printed edition). Won't be
the first time that has happened!

I hope to have Chapters 1, 11 & 12 returned to the drafts folder
tomorrow. (I had intended to do that today, but I got sidetracked by
some other things.) And as I said above, I may have left some bits
unfinished in the chapters I've already uploaded, so I'll have to go
back and check them all -- or you can remind me if you spot them.
