There are many documents on the Review List, which is below the main navigation list on the left-hand side of the screen. You may need to scroll down quite a ways to get past the German and other documents that are on the same list. If you don't see the Review List at all, first make sure that you are logged in to the site. I have checked that you have the correct permissions to download and upload draft files; those permissions also allow you to see the Review List.
