I found the blue a bit too light and it does not match the blue used
in the OOoAuthors logo or the hyperlink blue. I am OK with it, but I
think we should change at least align the hyperlink colour to match
the heading colour.

I agree that it is easier to maintain, but I think that for
readability purposes we should keep the banded rows.

Other comments:
- the OOoTableText (Caption) and OOoTableText(CaptionNumber) should be
a bit smaller (10.4 instead of the current 11)
- OOoHeader and OOoFooter font size should be aligned with the body text size.
- we should add a note discouraging the use of OOoHeading4
- I do not like the heading numbering but some people seem to like it.
Maybe we should have a voting :-)
- In the cross referencing section we can now refer to the numbered
items using cross referencing.
- The title page looks a bit dull without any graphics.
- we may need to add a bit more information in the Character styles
section on how to deal with dialog names, tabs(pages) names. If I
remember correctly the agreement is to use OOoEmphasis the first time
the dialog or tab is introduced, and use OOoDefault afterwards.
- OOoContents3 should have a bit of above paragraph space (3pt?). That
will make the ToC look a bit less cramped.
- Also on the ToC (again I am not a fan, but it is common practice)
OOoContents1 could be made bold.

Cheers,

Michele
