There is no need to first translate to English and then to
translate to other languages, in the case you mention, there are a
number of people who can translate directly from Dutch into French
(translators, but also bilingual people from Belgium for ex).

I am not focusing on French, just saying that there are a number of
possibilities and unexplored paths that do not require a pre-
translation to English.
